Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to create an account or sign in, enter your shipping details, and complete the payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

We accept all major Indian payment methods — UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (Partial Pay). All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section, or by using our order tracking page.

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location — metro cities typically receive orders in 3-4 days.

Currently we deliver across India only — every state and union territory. We do not offer international shipping yet.

We offer a 7-day return policy. Products must be unopened, sealed and in their original packaging. Damage or tampering claims require an unboxing video and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. To request a refund, log into your account, go to your Orders, and select the order you wish to return. Click "Request Return" and follow the instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Click the "Sign Up" button at the top of the page and fill in your details. You can also create an account during checkout. Having an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and earn rewards.
